Sweet Potato & Goat Cheese Crostini
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of Stylish Spoon Superseed Bread
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (leftovers work great!)
- 1/2 tsp goat cheese per piece
- Pomegranate arils (seeds)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, especially for Christmas)

Prep the Crostini:
- Slice your Superseed Bread into about 18 slices.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle or brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until crisp around the edges. Let cool.
