This Privacy Policy to explains how we, Stylish Spoon ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may collect, protect, share and use your information as part of our technology platforms, including without limitation, our company websites, webpages, sponsored social media platforms, mobile sites and mobile apps (the "Sites").

In the event that Company is sold or transferred, or in the event that substantially all of Company’s assets are sold or transferred to a third party, the Sites and any information collected by us, will be among the transferred assets.

In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Sites. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
MINORS
The Sites are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
