That's why Stylish Spoon has done the work for you. We search for the best ingredients, the things we want to be getting into our bodies and our kids bodies every day. Then we prepare these superfood ingredients in the most delicious and nutritious way, so you can eat good and feel good. Here are some of our favorite ingredients, all packed into our OatMEAL cups: Gluten-free Oats: High in Fiber to fill you up, encourage healthy digestion and helps lower cholesterol. The oats we use are wholegrain and free from gluten and glyphosate. Also great for helping to support milk supply for nursing moms. Organic Bananas: Naturally sweet, high in antioxidants and potassium to help reduce muscle cramps and soreness. Organic Chia Seeds: High in omega 3s, antioxidants, plant-based protein and fiber, they expand in your stomach to help keep you feeling full longer. Organic Coconut Oil: Helps speed up your metabolism, promotes healthy brain function, boosts immunity, and increases energy levels. Organic Cinnamon: Helps regulate blood sugar and keeps cravings in check with its naturally sweet taste.
